What is an energetic alignment?
We are all made up of energy and we have a system of energy centers that allow for the flow of energy throughout our bodies. Each energy center corresponds with a different part of the body, see this article I wrote about chakras.
During an energetic alignment, your energy centers are being cleansed of stagnant and dense energy (aka negative energy) and this allows them to flow correctly.
The integration process is about 1-3 days, depending on the person and their openess to receiving. This is why you always get what you give when you energy exchange with me! When you send in the minimum or what you’re able/called to, you get what you give. When you send in for the full alignment, you get a full energetic alignment. This ensures an energetic balance and exchange.
Live distance alignments last differently for each person. Some people come to every live, some people show up only when they come across it, because yall should know by now, you only see me in divine timing!
So what do you do exactly on lives?
During lives, I am either in the middle of an energetic alignment for the collective present and energy exchanging OR channeling collective/personal messages OR sometimes both at the same time. LOL. The order of the live is energetic alignment and then messages aka soul school!
I am a Reiki Master Level 3 (read more about Reiki here), however I do not use Reiki alone, I’ve created my own mix of quantum healing, theta healing, vibrational healing, and Reiki.
